Will my current employer see that I'm job hunting?
No. Your profile is only visible to companies actively hiring on Matchboks. We also let you block specific companies from seeing your profile, so you're in full control of who can see you're looking.
How is this different from other job platforms?
On traditional job boards, you're just another resume in a pile, apply and never hear back. On Matchboks, you're a person who deserves transparency. Always see if employers viewed your profile and how they responded. No more ghosting, no more silence.
What if I accidentally swipe the wrong way?
No worries! You can check your swipe history to see all the jobs you've interacted with. If you passed on something you actually wanted, you can revisit it anytime.
Do I need to upload a CV/resume?
No CV required, but if you have one, our AI can parse it to quickly fill out your profile. Otherwise, just add your skills, experience, and preferences manually. Takes about 10 minutes either way.
What types of jobs are on Matchboks?
We're still building! When we launch, Matchboks will be open to all types of jobs across every industry and market. Tech, healthcare, finance, creative. Junior to executive. No limits.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free for candidates—forever. We make money from employers, not from selling your data or charging you fees.
What if I'm currently employed but just exploring?
You're free to browse jobs without swiping at all. Check out what's out there, see what companies are hiring, and only engage when something catches your eye. No pressure to commit.
Can I pause or delete my profile anytime?
Absolutely! You can pause your profile whenever you're not actively looking, and reactivate it when you're ready. If you want to delete your account completely, you can do that too. Your data will be permanently removed.
